Entry fees, refunds, prize payment and everything else you agree to when you create an account and join a paid event.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create an account and enter paid events. Provide an accurate in-game name, Free Fire UID and phone number; one account per person. Organizers may verify details before confirming a slot.
Entry Fees
Entry fees are paid in tokens (1 token = Rs.1) at the amounts published for each format, and are non-refundable once a match has started, except as described under Cancellations. Promotional bonus tokens (for example from a coupon) have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and can only be used toward entry fees.
Minimum Players
Each format needs a minimum number of players or squads to run. If that minimum isn't reached by the registration deadline, the event is cancelled and every paid entry is refunded in full.
Cancellations & Refunds
CLUTCHWARS may cancel, postpone or reschedule an event due to low turnout, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its control. Entry fees for a cancelled event are refunded; fees are not refunded for players who no-show or leave voluntarily.
Prize Payment
Prize pools are fixed and published before registration closes. Prizes are paid as tokens to the verified winner(s) after results are confirmed. In squad formats the prize is paid to the registering captain, who shares it with the squad. Cash-outs are processed manually on request.
Fair Play
Hacks, unauthorized clients, emulator abuse where restricted, teaming, trade-kills and other prohibited methods result in disqualification and forfeiture of both entry fee and prize.
Result Verification
Winners must submit a clear screenshot or recording of the final result screen on request. Disputed results are resolved at organizer discretion based on the evidence provided.
Liability
CLUTCHWARS is not responsible for account actions taken by the game publisher, connectivity or device issues on a player's end, or losses arising from a player's own breach of these rules.
Independent Organizer
CLUTCHWARS is a community-run tournament organizer, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garena or Free Fire. Players are responsible for confirming that entering paid tournaments is permitted where they live.
